Nice hotel . Good location . Good value for money .

I liked the room and the balcony . I liked the location . The staff were very good and gave my husband a birthday cake at breakfast time on his birthday .

Unfortunately the day before we left my husband and I got ill after we ordered a chicken wrap from their bar service . They did take it off our bill .

Was a great stay, everything was taken care of. We were taken care of very well.

Location, accessibility, convenience, lots of options (ex. Food shopping, tours) breakfast was great, staff was great, TAXI SERVICE OUTSIDE EVERYDAY WAS GREAT( at a cost of course ) and friendly. About most of everything was pretty great.

Our safe in the room kept getting jammed so that should be fixed or updated. Elevator needs to be updated but that’s just nit picking, but was really great to be very honest.

Great service and great hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. We received a free upgrade on our room without inquiring and even when we turned it down the staff persisted to at least show us the room which we ended up taking.

Not much to not like really. The swimming pools or inside the hotel but once I understood where everything was, always excellent.

Wonderful

The location, the food! Our room was straight into the pool we didn’t have to leave our room!

The hotel is looking very out dated, needs a face lift. Most of the fountains in the pool weren’t on in the 8 days we spent there. Our bathroom was kinda dirty needed a deep clean and scale on the walls. Beds were so hard the first night but you got used to them.

Cool stylish hotel and very nice stay.

Very nice and stylish hotel. I was travelling alone and enjoyed my stay, although I would prefer to go accompanied since the hotel has this “couple” vibe. The bedroom was very nice and cozy, the pools are cool. The happy hour times are a big plus and I got to meet nice people and had fun with the staff.

Great few nights stay

Great location lovely hotel and great staff. Cocktail of the day changed everyday great way to try different ones. 2 pools one with a swim up bar in shaded area which was great to stay out the sun. Comfy rooms.

The room cleaning was done very late. One day at 18:45 whilst getting ready to go out, another at 15:30 whilst trying to rest after a full day out.

Great location due to proximity to beach and main strip. Room was disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. Beautiful communal areas…a lot of greenery and very traditional Thai decorations. Spa was wonderful. Nice touches such as beach basket and towel in room and daily snacks in mini bar.

My room was not great. The view was of a building with corrugated iron roof. So I had to keep my shutters closed as there was no privacy. Could not use the small balcony. Room smelt slightly of damp. The swimming pool was very narrow and sun beds too close together.

Was nice and if I have to go back again, will take a normal room

The location of the property was in the prime location just 1 km away from Patong Street. The staff were really kind and helpful. Mini bar was free every day. It was my partner’s birthday and they had made a nice surprise for us in the room when we came, which was very kind of them.

Rooms were not as big as I thought. Near the shower they could have a curtain it was a very small shower place. Room felt a little congested. We did take the pool access room but like my other experiences at other places I assume to have a little privacy if I get the room which is a pool access however, they were only four steps which led to the main swimming pool and I didn’t see any difference of me paying so much more money than the regular room

we had pool access room ,which was excellent ,breakfast was good ,staff were excellent

Access to shower is in bath ,which had a elevated step to navigate ,which could be a big problem for elderly and disadvantaged persons.

the facilities and service were great.

The itinerary said the room had "City Views". The only thing I could see out of my window was the roof of the dining room. Given the height of Burasari not sure how anybody would get a city view!!!

Very relaxing, staff do not hassle but very helpful.

Overall the hotel is very user friendly. This was our third stay so knew where everything was and how to get to it.

Only bathroom had a mirror. Caused restraints when wife getting ready to go out as when shower being used mirror steamed up.

It was a very pleasant, relaxing and joyful trip thanks to the flexibility your staffs provided.

I liked the staffs hospitality. They were very warm everytime we see or meet anyone from the staffs. Very helpful, always has an open hand with anything as long as they can provide it. The pool was also nice as well as their rooms.

I didn’t like how the light didn’t work in terrace, they did provide us with some cute lamps but we’d prefer if the lights were working. One of the plug also wasn’t working. I didn’t get the chance to enjoy pool bar though, I wish they adjust their service hours for the pool bar since most of the people will go out for activities and most likely to come back after 6pm which they’ll be close.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Patong

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful with lush greenery everywhere you look, and the pools are very scenic. Our room was large and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The free minibar was a lovely bonus, we always had fresh drinking water and a couple of beers replenished every day. The breakfast was good, with a large variety of everything you'd want. Location is perfect, far away from Bangla Road to be very tranquil but only a 5-10 minute walk. The beach is just across the road.

The view from our window wasn't very good, all we could see was the roof from the bar/breakfast area.
